Hmmm.........you know you want to.
In talking to a friend yesterday I found out that not only has she read the "Twilight" series and all the fun stuff on the Stephanie Meyer website including "midnight Sun", but her husband has too. What?! Oh my gosh, how sweet is that. I bet he's gonna go to the Midnight showing of the "Twilight" movie with her too.
Come one Jarred........aren't you interested in it all a little more now? You know you are. If I weren't so protective of my books I might leave one by the toilet for you. I'm also going to add that my cousin Whitney's husband is reading the series too. He took "Twilight" to the Olympics with him to read in his down time. What? The Olympics? Ya, an Olympic athlete found time for a little "Twilight." I'm sure there's a lot of other hubby's out there reading it too. Don't you want to join in on all the fun Jer-bear? Come on.....

Never again.....
Well Oliver informed me Yesterday after school that his teacher said " everyone needs to go to bed earlier" because kids were too "crabby" and "having too many break downs." Oliver is in the BEST teachers class too so I couldn't bear the thought of the kids giving her a rough time. There are 27 of them after all. So I said, "ok, let's go to bed earlier." Normally Oliver goes to bed at 9:00 and gets up at 7:00 or 7:30 to be to school by 8:25. So he gets a good 10 to 10 1/2 hours of sleep. That seemed to be working pretty well for all of us. Well I wanted to be obedient in case Oliver is one of the problem kids, so last night he went to bed at 8:00. Then he got up this morning at 6:30! Some of you maybe thinking "Big Whoop, I get up at that time everyday." Well WE don't here in the Truschke house. It makes me grouchy. Now I'm sure Oliver is going to be the "crabby" one today because he got up so freakin early. So, sorry Mrs. Kupfer, but we're gonna stick to our 9:00 bed time from now on.

A social what?
This last weekend Jarred, the boys and myself went to get ice cream at "Cold Stone Creamery." Upon leaving after eating our treats Oliver exclaimed what I thought was "Wait guys!" and immediately ran back inside. When I turned to follow, wondering what could possibly have been forgotten, I see him conversing with a group of children. He then introduced me to his school buddy and his family. You see what he actually exclaimed when we were leaving was "Hey guys!" because he just saw his school friends and he wanted to say hi. How cute is that? And so begins the years of Oliver's social scene.

Ewww!!!!

Gross! I just stepped on a dead roach! A dead roach I assumed my Husband cleaned up Monday night, but apparently did NOT. Why is it that I, the woman, is the one that ALWAYS has to clean up the carcasses of random critters found throughout the house. Here's a little TMI; right before I left for girls camp I found another carcass and wanted to see if the LOVE of my life would happen upon it whilst I was gone and take care of it for yours truly. Well, can you guess what happened? Can you? I came home after a week to find the little fella not tucked away in the corner where I left him but now pushed out into the open, which means that it was either kicked into a more noticeable area by passer-byes or my arch enemy Hendrix tried to redeem himself by disposing of it and then got grossed out last minute and chickened out. Either way someone needs to start observing their surroundings a little more. It's bad enough that I have to clean 2 of the grossest toilets in AZ, let alone dispose of old crusty carcasses. Let's not forget the wonderful Prince charming, Jory Voyles who said on his wedding day that his princess wife would never clean toilets because he couldn't imagine his wonderful wife, the bearer of his children ever doing something so degrading. What? Yeah, I think someone needs to step it up and I know that person reads my blog so now there's no excuse.
